The purpose for which this Association is organized is, to promote fellowship, goodwill
and welfare, as well as the advancement and development of civic improvements for the
residents of Lake Fairways, and to promote and encourage cooperative relationships in
all social, civic and legal matters which are pertinent to the Association.
